Traci Shortt

Traci Shortt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Traci is currently working as the Business Development Director at Clemens Food Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Business Development Manager at MONIN Americas from March 2018 to February 2022. From September 2014 to March 2018, they worked as the Northeast Solutions Sales Manager at Michael Foods. Traci also worked at General Mills/Pillsbury as a Region Manager from 1997 to 2008. Traci started their career in The Pillsbury Company, where they held the positions of Corporate Chef from 1993 to 1997 and Bakery Technical Representative from 1990 to 1993.

Traci Shortt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Bakery Science from Kansas State University.
