Paige Anne Rodeghero, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. Paige Anne is currently the Director of the Human Factors Software Engineering Research Team at Clemson University, where they manage research projects focused on software engineering productivity, remote work, and virtual reality. Paige Anne formed the Human Factors Software Engineering (HFSE) research team and has published 22 peer-reviewed research papers with the team. Paige also founded and serves as the CEO of Software Developer Productivity Solutions LLC. Paige Anne has worked as a Contractor and Visiting Researcher at Microsoft, collaborating with researchers and providing recommendations for productivity and onboarding challenges. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Fitness Instructor at Pure Barre, an Instructor of Record and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, a private tutor for algebra and geometry, a Graduate Research Intern at ABB Corporate Research, a Software Engineer at an undisclosed company, a Lead Software Engineer at Vizi Courseware, and a Software Engineer at JDR Web. Throughout their career, Paige has conducted extensive research, published papers, managed teams, and demonstrated expertise in software engineering and human factors.
Paige Anne Rodeghero, PhD holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, which they completed in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same university in 2017. Their education journey began at Ball State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Dance Performance in 2013.
