Adam Wykes

Adam Wykes has an extensive background in technical support, writing, and education. Currently serving as a Tier II Support Technician and Support Engineer II at Cleo since November 2016, Adam specializes in troubleshooting the Versalex software line and possesses proficiency in VLProxy, VLTrader, Harmony, and LexiCom. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Writer at Forte Automation, where Adam enhanced document processes and implemented digital solutions for supplier materials control. Adam also worked as a Sales Executive at ScholarBuys, focusing on sales efforts and social media marketing, and as an English Teacher at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School, where Adam developed curriculum and improved writing and editing skills. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Illinois State University, completed in 2008.
