Jeff Sharman

Jeff Sharman is a seasoned professional in EDI and API integration with extensive experience in managing technical teams and implementing data integration solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Professional Services at Cleo since August 2022, Jeff oversees a team of EDI implementation engineers while also acting as a technical lead on integration projects. Prior roles include Senior Implementation Engineer at Cleo, Product Manager at DiCentral, and Business Information Analyst at DataPoint Analysis Group. Additionally, Jeff has developed custom EDI projects at Emanio, managed an online used book business, and worked at Amazon.com as an EDI Developer. Jeff’s career began with a role at Microsoft as a Customer Service Representative.
