Seth Lowe

Seth Lowe has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as a Principal Escalation and Configuration Engineer at Cleo since April 2016, with prior positions including Principal Support Engineer, Technical Concierge Engineer, and Support Engineer, Tier II. Before joining Cleo, Seth worked as a Technical Support Representative at EXTOL International, Inc. from March 2015 to April 2016. Educational qualifications include coursework at Penn State World Campus from 2015 to 2017, completion of EMT-B training at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College in 2006, and studies at Penn State Hazleton from 2004 to 2006.
