Martin Jørgensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin worked at Clerk.io as a Site Reliability Engineer starting in 2019. Prior to that, they were a Systems Consultant and Developer at Chainbox ApS from 2016 to 2019. Martin also worked as a Day Manager at Caféen? from 2011 to 2016, where they were responsible for opening and closing the bar, managing stock and cash, and documenting any changes. Martin was a SysOps at Simplesite ApS from 2011 to 2016, where they oversaw daily operations, system expansion and development, and provided online domain support for customers. Martin gained experience in the Flyvevåbnet as a VPL MG in 2010 and as a Warehouse Worker at Actebis Computer from 2009 to 2010. Martin also worked as an Ungdoms Medhjælper at SOSU Greve from 2005 to 2009, where they assisted in the library and course promotion office and gathered census data. Martin's early career included serving as a Lyd/ Lys Teknikker at FOH Lyd og Lys from 2006 to 2008, where they were involved in equipment packing, stage set-up, light and sound administration, and equipment teardown.

Martin Jørgensen began their education at Roskilde Tekniske Gymnasie in 2006, where they pursued a degree in HTX, with a focus on Computer Science and Math. Martin completed this program in 2009. Subsequently, they enrolled at Københavns Universitet, also known as the University of Copenhagen, in 2011. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, which they successfully obtained in 2014. Martin then continued their studies at the University of Copenhagen and embarked on a Master of Science (MSc) program in Computer Science in 2014. However, they did not complete this degree as their education at the university ended in 2016.
