Keith Bayard

Keith Bayard is an experienced professional with extensive military and civil service expertise. Currently serving as a Veteran Service Officer for Hillsborough County since September 2019, Bayard previously held the role of Civil Circuit Office Assistant at the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court, demonstrating strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures. With a distinguished 32-year military career in the US Army, Bayard achieved significant leadership positions, including Senior Operations Manager and First Sergeant, where responsibilities included personnel service support for thousands of soldiers and overseeing office operations. Bayard holds a Master's degree in Human Services from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
