Sam Quiros

Sam Quiros is an experienced project management and IT professional with a proven track record in aligning project portfolios with organizational goals. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at Hillsborough County Clerk of Court & Comptroller, Sam has previously held leadership roles at PwC and Ricoh Americas Corporation, directing complex IT programs and managing large teams.
