Brian Shrive

Brian Shrive is an attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, public interest, and election law. Currently serving in the Civil Division of the Clermont County Prosecutor's Office since January 2021, Shrive previously worked at Shrive Law Firm, LLC, and Finney Law Firm, LLC, where the focus was on civil litigation. Shrive's earlier roles include General Counsel and Campaign Assistant for Wenstrup for Congress, where campaign strategy was implemented and press releases were researched and drafted. A law clerk at Liberty Mutual Insurance contributed to civil litigation defense work, including drafting motions and preparing trial exhibits. Shrive began a career in broadcasting as a DJ at 97X WOXY FM and holds a JD from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Cincinnati.
