Melanie Cole

Melanie Cole began their work experience in 2000 at Hilton Sandton, where they held various roles including Receptionist, Executive Floor Attendant, and Executive Floor Manager. In 2002, they moved on to The Langham, London, where they worked their way up from Assistant Manager for Front Office to Director of Front of House Operations. Their responsibilities at The Langham also included Acting Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager. Most recently, in 2021, Cole joined Clermont Hotel Group as the Head of Reservations Sales Centre.

From 1998 to 1999, Melanie Cole attended the International Hotel School in Sandton, South Africa. During this time, they pursued a Diploma in Hospitality as part of the Hotel Management Course at the school.
