Previous experience includes Deputy General Manager at Eclipse Hotels Group, Front of House and Groups Sales Executive at Thistle Hotels, and Duty Manager at glh Hotels. Neil's career began at McDonald's, where a tenure as Assistant Store Manager laid the foundation for further advancement in the hospitality sector.
