Ryan Conway

Ryan Conway is the Scouting Assistant for the Cleveland Browns. Ryan was previously an assistant offensive analyst at the University of Pittsburgh from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a business consultant at Rem and Company from December 2020 to May 2021. Ryan has also interned at the Center for the Advancement of the Steady State Economy as an economic modeling and mathematics intern from August 2020 to January 2021. Ryan is a graduate of The Scouting Academy, where they studied from May 2018 to September 2018. Ryan Conway has also worked as a product manager at FiveAlive App by SVUBC Inc. from January 2018 to May 2019.

Ryan Conway received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Ryan also has certification from DataCamp in Data Manipulation with Dplyr, Intermediate R, and Introduction to Tidyverse. In addition, they are certified by USA Football in USA Heads Up Football Coach.
