Beth Stephano (Youngblood)

Beth (Youngblood) Stephano has extensive experience in partnership development and corporate sales within the sports industry. Since January 1995, Beth has served as the Director of Partnership Development at Quicken Loans Arena. Concurrently, Beth has held the position of Senior Corporate Sales Executive at the Cleveland Cavaliers since April 1987, focusing on the sales of sports sponsorships. Prior to these roles, Beth worked as an In-Flight Service Manager at Trans World Airlines from April 1977 to March 1986.
