Brent Decoster

Brent DeCoster has a range of work experience in corporate partnership development and marketing. Brent most recently served as the Director of Global Corporate Partnership Development for the Cleveland Cavaliers since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Sponsorship & Athlete Marketing at OneTeam Partners from September 2020 to August 2022. Brent also has experience in corporate partnerships with the Cleveland Browns, where they worked as the Manager from April 2017 to September 2020. Brent began their career in corporate partnerships with the Akron RubberDucks, where they served as the Director from October 2013 to April 2017.

Brent DeCoster attended St. Ignatius High School from 2001 to 2004, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration degree at Ohio University, focusing on Sports Management and Business Administration.
