Senior Coordinator, Client Enagaement & Experience at Cleveland Cavaliers

Brett Peters has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Brett currently works at the Cleveland Cavaliers as a Client Engagement & Experience Coordinator, where they started in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sales And Service Specialist for the same company from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining the Cavaliers, Brett worked at the Cleveland Browns as a Special Events & Fan Experience employee from June 2021 to January 2022. Their responsibilities included coordinating special events, managing the mascot program, and leading planning and execution for pregame activities.

From 2017 to 2021, Brett served as a Senior IT Support Technician at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they provided technical support to corporate, distribution, and retail store associates. Brett also supported retail operations by providing coaching and guidance to store associates.

In 2019, Brett worked at Columbus Crew SC in the Facilities and Operations department from May 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, they gained experience at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics as a Sport Camps Intern from May 2018 to September 2019, where they were responsible for managing the online registration database and assisting with camp check-in and outs. Brett also worked as an Event Management intern during the same period, acting as the secondary events manager for various varsity sports.

Brett's earlier experiences include working as a Promotions Intern at RadiOhio Incorporated - WBNS AM/FM, ONN in 2018 and as a Sales Representative at The Ohio State University in 2016.

Brett also has experience as a Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland from May 2016 to August 2017, where they helped create and implement weekly schedules and organized various activities for campers.

Brett Peters obtained a bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 2015 to 2018. Brett then pursued a master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the same university, graduating in 2019.
