Jon Nichols

Jon Nichols is the current Senior Director of Analytics & Personnel for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Prior to their current role, Jon held the position of Manager of Distribution & Admin Services at Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) from August 2009 to August 2016. Before BMI, Jon was the Administrative Assistant at The Art of the Game from February 2008 to July 2009.

Jon Nichols completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, where they studied economics. Jon then went on to earn their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Virginia Western Community College.
