Lauren Marvinney

Lauren Marvinney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in basketball administration and community relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Basketball Administration for the Cleveland Cavaliers since December 2016, Lauren has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Team Services & Engagement and Community Relations Coordinator. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Studio Coordinator for Harness Cycle/Groundswell Collective and held multiple positions at the Cleveland Cavaliers, ranging from Community Relations Seasonal Assistant to Community Relations Assistant. Additional experience includes marketing assistant roles with the Big South Conference and Ohio University Athletics, where Lauren also served as Manager and Interim Director of Ticketing. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Administration and Sport Management with a Business minor from Ohio University, completed in 2013.
