Etoi Shaquila Young

Etoi Shaquila Young has extensive experience in public health and housing services, currently serving as Lead Program Manager at the Cleveland Department of Public Health since February 2021, overseeing the Environmental Lead Unit and the Lead Safe Living Program. Prior to this role, Etoi held positions within the Cleveland Municipal Housing Court from September 1997 to January 2020, including Deputy Chief Housing Specialist and Personal Bailiff to the Housing Court Judge, where responsibilities included managing housing specialists and courtroom logistics. Etoi began the career as a Housing Specialist/Community Control Officer and Deputy Bailiff, conducting interviews and enforcing court orders. Etoi holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University.
