Patrick Cusick

Patrick Cusick is an accomplished executive in Environmental Health with over 24 years of experience, currently serving as the Acting Commissioner of Environment at the Cleveland Department of Public Health since August 2011. Cusick has held multiple positions within the same department, including Interim Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Environment and has contributed significantly to Emergency Preparedness initiatives. A strong background in public health policy development, program management, and team leadership is complemented by earlier roles such as Project Coordinator and Acting Project Director in the Office of Emergency Preparedness. Cusick's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Public Health from Walden University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology from Hiram College.
