Matt Kesner

Matt Kesner has 32 years of combined experience in the construction, operations, and management side of piping system installations, maintenance, rehabilitation, inspection, quality control, and management in the pipeline industry as well as municipal/civil fields. He began his career working in the pipeline and associated facilities industry for major contractors as a journeyman Apprentice in 1986 before working for a major engineering and construction management firm for over 14 years. He has worked with engineers, owners, and contractors to plan, estimate, bid, schedule and execute quality projects. He began recruiting and staffing in the oil and natural gas inspection industry in 2009 and has successfully progressed through the management hierarchy as a Manager, Sr. Manager, and Vice President of Operations before accepting his present position as President and COO of Cleveland Integrity Services, Inc.
