Jessica Martin, MSSA, LISW-S has extensive work experience in the field of social work and clinical therapy. Jessica currently serves as the Chief Client Services Officer at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, where they previously held roles as Senior Director of Programs and Behavioral Health and Director of Clinical Services. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Field Instructor at Case Western Reserve University for seven years. Jessica also worked as a Yoga Teacher at Jasmine Dragons and held various positions at WomenSafe Inc., the Green House, including Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Clinical Services. Jessica began their career as a Clinical Intern at Western Reserve Counseling Center and WomenSafe Inc. Jessica also has experience in the retail industry, where they worked as an Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing trauma-informed care, staff supervision and development, program development, and community outreach.
Jessica Martin, MSSA, LISW-S has a comprehensive education history. Jessica completed their Associate of Arts degree at Lakeland Community College from 2007 to 2009. Jessica then attended the Honors College at Kent State University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Social Administration at Case Western Reserve University-Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences from 2011 to 2013. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Jessica Martin obtained a 300 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Certificate from Awaken Yoga, specializing in Hatha Yoga.
