Vanina Beheran

Vanina Beheran is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as HRBP for Latin America and Spain at Clever For Tech since August 2021, Vanina previously held the position of HR Head at Minder S.A. from August 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included establishing HR processes for a startup environment. Vanina worked as a freelance IT recruiter from July 2019 to August 2020, and prior to that, served as Jefe de Capital Humano Argentina at Conexia SA from April 2008 to September 2018, where leadership in human capital functions was demonstrated. Earlier roles include positions as an HR analyst at Estudio Orbe de Servicios Empresarios S.A. and Orbe Project S.A. Vanina holds advanced education in managing people and human resources, including a degree from IAE Business School and a program from Universidad Austral.
