Femke Marsman

Femke Marsman is an experienced organizational psychologist and coach with a career spanning several roles and companies since 1996. Currently serving as an organizational psychologist, coach, and confidant at CLEVER°FRANKE since November 2017, Femke previously held similar positions at Satelligence and Freedom Internet. Femke is also the owner of a personal consultancy since October 1998. Notable experience includes a senior consultant role at KeenCorp, where the focus was on measuring employee engagement, as well as an interim management position at Triversum. Early career experiences include consulting roles at CC Zorgadviseurs and Walvis ConsultingGroep. Femke holds a degree from Leiden University, completed between 1985 and 1991.
