Aref Maleki

Aref Maleki has extensive work experience in the field of project management and agile methodologies. Aref began their career as a Quality Assurance Executive at Behbood Gostaran Sanat Tabarestan from January 2009 to September 2011. Aref then transitioned into the role of QMS project manager, consultant, and ISO lead, managing QMS implementation projects and leading ISO implementation teams. Aref worked at Behbood Gostaran Sanat Tabarestan until January 2014.

From March 2014 to October 2017, they served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at SAGE Interactive MSC Sdn. Bhd., where they were responsible for managing projects and leading agile teams.

In 2018, Aref joined Tertiary Courses Malaysia as a Trainer, where they provided training in project management related topics.

From November 2017 to August 2019, Aref worked as a Scrum Lead at Wirecard, where they played a key role in implementing and leading agile practices within the organization.

At Tipico, Aref held the role of Scrum Master from September 2019 to May 2021, working in a dynamic environment and collaborating closely with other Scrum Masters.

Most recently, Aref served as a Senior Scrum Master and Project Manager at SellerX from June 2021 to May 2022.

Currently, Aref is working as a Scrum Master at cleverbridge, starting in June 2022.

Aref Maleki obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007. Aref then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Islamic Azad University, with a duration from 2008 to 2020. In addition to their academic education, Aref Maleki also acquired several certifications. Aref obtained the "Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I)" certification from Scrum.org in March 2022. In December 2017, they obtained the "Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I)" and "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" certifications, also from Scrum.org. Aref Maleki obtained the "ISO 9001:2004" certification from Direct Assessment Services in September 2010, and the "Project Management Based on PMBOK: 2004 Standard" certification from Iran Institute of Industrial Engineering in November 2007.
