Ayrton Santos

Ayrton Santos is currently the Director of Client Success at Cleverbridge since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ayrton worked as an OBC Sales Broker at Chapman Freeborn OBC from October 2018 to October 2020. Before that, Ayrton was a Team Leader for Consumer & Guarantee Service at Trusted Shops from July 2017 to September 2018. Ayrton has also held various positions at Cleverbridge from February 2013 to June 2017, including Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Supervisor. Ayrton has a background in legal support for European e-commerce consumers and shop owners, implementing and managing ticketing systems, and GDPR management in collaboration with customers and legal counsels. Ayrton's educational background includes studying at FEUC - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra and IU International University of Applied Sciences.
