Christos Karanicolas is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Since 2005, Christos has served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Clever Devices, overseeing a department of over 140 full-time employees, which includes managers, software engineers, and test automation specialists. Prior to this role, Christos was a Senior Software Developer at Proginet from 2001 to 2005, where contributions included the design and development of a secure Internet file transfer product utilizing J2EE and object-oriented methodologies. Earlier, from 1999 to 2001, Christos worked as a Software Engineer at Advanced Acoustic Concepts, focusing on the development of distributed, real-time DSP systems and training simulators. Christos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, completed between 1996 and 1999.
