Principal Test Automation Engineer at Clever Devices

Jeff Friedman started their work experience in the year 2000 at CosmoCom, where they worked as an R&D Engineer. In this role, they supported and tested the CosmoCall Universe Voice over IP Virtual Call Center product suite, provided support to customers and internal Systems Engineers, and performed 3rd party VoIP gateway integration certifications.

In 2003, they joined Sybari Software as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they managed a team of engineers and designed and built test automation and infrastructure. Jeff also developed and tested a business critical 24x7 Rapid Update Anti-Virus Engine and Signature redistribution service.

From 2005 to 2013, Jeff worked at Microsoft as a Senior Lead Software Development Engineer in Test. In this role, they led a team responsible for testing and ensuring the overall quality of cloud-based datacenter systems, including the Active Monitoring and alerting infrastructure and a globally distributed job execution system. Jeff also drove the design and adoption of a new end-to-end test automation infrastructure and created an organizational-wide virtual team for providing guidance on test automation.

In 2013, Jeff returned to Clever Devices as a Lead Test Automation Engineer. Here, they managed a team of test automation engineers and designed and built the company's first automated continuous build verification system and test suites. Jeff also designed and implemented a vehicle simulation application.

In 2014, they became a part of Clever Devices as a Lead Software Development Engineer. Later on, they took on the role of a Principal Test Automation Engineer.

Jeff Friedman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Farmingdale State College. The exact duration of their studies is not mentioned.
