Rex E. Surber Jr.

Rex E. Surber, Jr. has extensive experience in program management and project management roles. Rex E. started their career in 1989 as an Information Systems Director at Foreline Security Corporation, where they were responsible for managing data and communications systems. Rex E. then joined Servidian LLC / Group One Systems, Inc. as a Branch Manager, overseeing branch operations and customer service. In 2005, Rex joined Verint Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager, specializing in the installation of public municipality, government, and enterprise systems. Rex E. then moved to ARINC in 2012 as a Senior Program Manager, managing public safety radio implementations. In 2009, Rex joined Xerox Transport Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager, leading the implementation of various transportation management solutions. Rex E. Surber, Jr. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from Tampa Technical Institute in Tampa, Florida. Rex E. pursued this degree from 1987 to 1989, focusing on the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, they earned an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology Specialized from the National Institute of Technology in West Des Moines, Iowa, with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
