Lizzie Merritt, M.Ed.

Lizzie Merritt, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Lizzie currently works as a Senior Culture Coach at Clevertech, where they focus on soft skills for developers. Prior to that, Lizzie was self-employed as a Coach and Trainer, specializing in weight loss coaching and life coaching. Lizzie also worked as a Virtual Health Coach at Noom Inc. From 2020 to 2022.

Lizzie has also worked as a Consultant, providing coaching and consulting services to leaders and companies, helping them thrive in remote environments. Lizzie has worked with notable clients such as United Way Midlands and Qualcomm.

Before their consulting work, Lizzie served as the General Manager of Leadership Advisory Services at Brixey & Meyer, where they provided support to author and podcast host Ryan Hawk. Lizzie managed various projects, including online course development, workshop facilitation, and public relations.

Earlier in their career, Lizzie served as the Director of Community and Engagement and Director of Education at Mirasee. In these roles, they led organizational health initiatives and managed a global team responsible for customer service. Lizzie also served as a Student Coach and led the creation of a sales team as the Director of Enrollment.

Lizzie's work experience also includes their role as a Group Fitness Instructor at FIT4MOM, where they shared their passion for fitness with others.

Throughout their various roles, Lizzie Merritt, M.Ed. has demonstrated their expertise in coaching, training, leadership development, and creating positive work cultures.

Lizzie Merritt, M.Ed. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from William & Mary. Lizzie also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University. In addition to their degrees, Lizzie Merritt has obtained several certifications. Lizzie is a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, having completed their certification through Martha Beck, Inc. in August 2021. Lizzie is also an IMPACT Life Coach Certification holder, which they obtained from Todd Durkin IMPACT Foundation in November 2020. Furthermore, Lizzie Merritt has a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), which they acquired in February 2018.
