Gina Siemieniec

Gina Siemieniec, Ph.D. is currently working as a Principal at ALULA, a management consultancy focused on inspiring growth and exceptional business performance. Prior to their current role, Gina served as the President of ECRA Group, a research and analytics consulting firm for educational leaders. Gina also held the position of Executive Vice President at Elgin Community College and Manager of Programs and Initiatives at United Airlines. Gina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, as well as a BA in Psychology and MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.
