John R. Dale

John R. Dale has over 25 years of experience in advising senior leaders and their teams on transformation, performance, and change. As the Managing Director at ALULA, John R. has been instrumental in providing strategic guidance. Prior to their current role, John R. served as a Leadership Advisor and Transformation Consultant at Chevron, where John R. supported major transformations and developed aspirational performance systems. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, where John R. received their degree in 1989.
