Cristina Garzilli

Cristina Garzilli is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Cruise Lines International Association since March 2024. Previously, Cristina held positions as a Recruiting Associate and Recruiting Coordinator at Hawthorne Lane from April 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a significant role at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Guest Relations Manager from April 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic to encompass operations management for Front Office and Reservations, and involvement in Housekeeping support.
