Alfredo Rodrigo Salvador has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Alfredo currently serves as the Head of People at Clicars, where they oversee payroll, hiring, compensations & benefits, HR transformation, and culture. Prior to this role, they worked at Adecco Outsourcing for several years, starting as a Technician in HR and later moving up to various positions such as HR & Operations Director, Commercial Manager, and Coordinator of Services. In these roles, they were responsible for managing labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, talent development, and commercial planning and prospecting. Before joining Adecco Outsourcing, Alfredo worked as a multifunctional consultant at Randstad Work Solutions and as an HR Technician at Grupo Paradis.

Alfredo Rodrigo Salvador obtained their Especialista en Inteligencia Emocional degree from Universidad de Alcalá in the year 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Grado en Ciencias del Trabajo, Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales degree from Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid and a Master's degree in Direccion Comercial y Marketing from EUDE Business School. Alfredo also holds an Internacional Coaching Transformacional certification from EADEE INSTITUTE | Escuela Internacional de Coaching Transformacional, which they received in January 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Lean Green Belt certification from LeanSis Productividad in May 2019. Furthermore, they hold a Nivel Básico 50 horas de Prevención de Riesgos Labolares RD 39/97 certification from PREVILABOR, obtained in January 2018.
