Scott Coyle

Scott Coyle currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Click Capital Markets since March 2024 and has been the CEO of Click IPO, LLC since October 2016, where Coyle oversees the deployment strategy of a technology platform enabling retail investor access to IPOs and capital markets products. With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance across various broker-dealers, responsibilities have included managing capital formation strategies, IPOs, and secondary offerings. Coyle has also held roles such as Board Member at MidwestHR, LLC since January 2005, Vice President of Finance at Beamz Interactive, Inc. from September 2012 to April 2014, and Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at Girard Securities and Paradise Valley Securities from July 2003 to July 2003 and January 1999 to July 2003, respectively. Education was completed at Arizona State University.
