Charles Meigh

Charles Meigh has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Charles started their career at John Lewis plc in 1989, where they worked as a Selling Partner, providing excellent customer service and streamlining processes. Charles then joined Ottakar's plc in 1996 as a Computer Books Buyer and later became a Floor Manager, leading the academic sales department and contributing to new store openings.

In 2007, Meigh took on the role of Duty Manager at Cinema City before transitioning to Apple Retail in 2009. At Apple, they served as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and Genius, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality metrics.

Meigh then moved on to Smarsh Inc. in 2013, starting as a Support Technician and progressing to Tier II Support Technician and Application Support Specialist. More recently, in January 2017, Charles became a ClickDimensions Certified Professional. Charles also obtained a CompTIA Network+ certification in September 2022 from CompTIA.
