Wayne Lim (MBA, PMP®, RMP®, ACP®)

Wayne Lim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wayne currently serves as the General Manager (APAC) at ClickDimensions, where they oversee the APAC region and ensures regional performance aligns with company goals. Prior to this, Wayne was the Regional Success Director (APAC) at ClickDimensions, where they managed the APAC Customer Success team and successfully introduced new marketing services.

Before joining ClickDimensions, Wayne worked at PETRONAS as the Head of Commercial Development (VIBE 2 - Logistika), where they implemented a new sales cycle resulting in a significant increase in merchant acquisitions. Wayne also automated contracting processes and launched a landing page for start-ups to drive incremental sales. Additionally, Wayne negotiated 3PL partnerships and project managed system integrations.

Previously, Wayne held the position of Area Manager (Malaysia & Brunei) at Expedia Group, where they received recognitions such as Area Manager of the Year APAC 2015. Wayne played a key role in piloting the Worldwide Account Management Playbook launch.

At AirAsia, Wayne served as the Head of the Project Management Office and was instrumental in setting up the AirAsia Global Shared Services subsidiary. Wayne also successfully migrated the Finance Shared Service Centre for AirAsia group.

Wayne began their career at Samsung Electronics as a Global Account Manager, where they achieved multiple sales awards for their outstanding performance. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Dignersys Consulting Berhad, leading the complete implementation of ERP projects and receiving recognition as the Best Project Manager.

Wayne holds an MBA degree and several professional certifications, including PMP®, RMP®, and ACP®.

Wayne Lim completed their Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Multimedia University from 2003 to 2006. Wayne then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Multimedia University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.

In terms of certifications, Wayne Lim holds various professional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2020. Wayne also holds the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) certification, the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) certification, and the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA®), all of which they obtained in September 2022. Additionally, they have obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from AirAsia in October 2013 and the Certified ERP Consultant certification from Dignersys Consulting Berhad in November 2006.

Furthermore, Wayne Lim has acquired additional certifications including the Fundamentals 2.0 Certification from ClickDimensions in March 2021, the Certification of Completion - SEO Foundations from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy in March 2023, and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2023.
