Daniel Karni

Daniel Karni is a Principal Software Engineer at ClickHouse. Daniel has over 10 years of experience in the software engineering industry and has held various positions during their career.

Daniel started their career as a web developer and Linux system administrator at Consist. Daniel then transitioned into the role of R&D Infrastructure Engineer at Advantech Technologies. After Advantech, Daniel became a System Architect at NICE Systems where they provided technical leadership and oversight for the company's next generation product suite.

In 2013, Daniel joined TriPlay as the R&D Team Lead. Daniel led ongoing development efforts from both a technical and managerial perspective. This included hiring and professional development of team members. Daniel remained with TriPlay until May of 2022 when they took their current position as Principal Software Engineer at ClickHouse.

Daniel Karni reports to Alexey Milovidov, Co-Founder & CTO. They work with Julio Jimenez - Cloud Infrastructure Security Lead, Yuko Takagi - Director, Go To Market Technology, and Mikhail Shiryaev - Site Reliability Engineer.
