Germinah Nyikana

Germinah Nyikana is an experienced Human Resources executive with a strong background in talent solutions and learning and development. Notable positions include Talent Solutions Manager and Head of Learning and Development at The Shoprite Group of Companies, Head of Learning and Development at HomeChoice International PLC, and Group Learning and Transformation Manager at Clicks Group. Germinah began the career in HR and training as HR & Training Manager at Markham & RJL, part of the Foschini Retail Group. Germinah holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Management Coaching from Stellenbosch University and furthered education at Stellenbosch Business School.
