We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deal Desk Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role is pivotal in conducting day-to-day deal desk operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, finance, and legal teams. In this role, you will apply strong attention-to-detail skills to help drive accuracy and urgency within the sales Org. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deal desk operations, order operations, revenue operations, or similar functions with 3+ years of direct experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, restructure and process requests for sales quote approvals, order form updates and reviews, and client concessions in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Actively participating in deal structuring and provide knowledgeable guidance to the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and Billing teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support business growth by taking a proactive and collaborative approach with both finance and external company stakeholders.
  • Participate in system improvements to drive growth and support changing processes.
 
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of direct experience in deal desk operations or a related field, specifically for a company selling SaaS solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail, with strong time management and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience. Admin experience preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of Ironclad experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of ClickUp experience preferred.
