Krista Chappell

Krista Chappell, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People Business Partner at ClickUp, Krista has held senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Global People Ops & Benefits and Director of Human Resources at DataRobot. Previously, Krista was Vice President of Human Resources & Finance and Chief Human Resources Officer at Utilidata, Inc. Additionally, Krista serves as a board member for the Providence/Cranston Workforce Investment Board and has experience as Director of Human Resources at Scallop Shell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences and Services from the University of Rhode Island and has further education from Saint Joseph's College.
