Kuba Rozkwitalski

Kuba Rozkwitalski currently serves as the Director of Engineering at ClickUp since February 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Director of Engineering at ShopRunner and Director of Engineering at Spring Inc. At ShopRunner, Kuba successfully scaled the office from 7 to over 30 employees while launching a new product that achieved consistent 100% quarter-over-quarter growth in its initial year. Prior to these roles, Kuba spent over a decade at Google, holding positions as Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made to Google Shopping and related projects. Earlier experience includes consulting at GridwiseTech and software development roles at ACC Cyfronet AGH, Casses, and Motorola. Kuba holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology.
