Emma Tlapek

Emma Tlapek's work experience includes roles at ClickView, Kildeer Countryside Ccsd 96, and Success Academy Charter Schools.

At ClickView, they hold the position of Customer Success Specialist, which they started in August 2021.

Prior to that, Emma worked at Kildeer Countryside Ccsd 96 from August 2018 to August 2021 as an Elementary School Teacher. In this role, they were a 1st Grade Dual Language Teacher and Team Leader, playing a crucial role in introducing the Dual Language Program to the district. Emma led the English team for 1st grade and ensured that students received high-quality English instruction for 50% of their day. Emma also provided support to the Spanish teacher through daily meetings and lesson planning.

Earlier in 2018, Emma worked at Success Academy Charter Schools as an Elementary School Teacher, where they personalized and taught a network-wide curriculum with a strong focus on reading and math. Emma actively participated in professional development and grade level planning, and maintained a structured classroom with effective classroom management techniques.

Emma Tlapek obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree from Elgin Community College in 2013. Emma continued their education and received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Emma pursued a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University.
