James Thornton, the President and Founder of ClientEarth, is a highly accomplished individual in the field of environmental law. James previously served as the Executive Director at Heffter Research Institute and as a senior lawyer and founder of the Los Angeles Office at NRDC. James's educational background includes a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Biology from Notre Dame and Yale University.
