My Nguyen has worked in various roles over the past decade. In 2008, they were a Project Manager/Web Developer and Project Manager for a Senior Digital Literacy Program at San Diego Futures Foundation. In 2012, they were a Social Work Intern at Serving Seniors. In 2016, they were a Customer Experience Representative at A-Star Staffing, Inc. and since 2017, they have been a Senior Manager, Client Success, Client Success Manager, and Training Manager at ClientPoint (formally Paperless Proposal). In their roles, they have aided in the launch and adoption of online rating solutions, held webinars and one-on-one training sessions, managed help desk calls and inbox tickets, made outreach calls, connected and managed collaborative relationships, recruited and trained volunteers, maintained trackers for program outcomes and demographic information, developed scopes of work for projects, supervised web development teams, and performed long/short term case management for homeless seniors and senior populations.
