Kaisa Burton has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Kaisa began their career as a Sales Representative at L'Oréal in 2003 and later worked as a Retail Marketing Specialist. Kaisa then transitioned to Wrigley as a Trade Marketing Manager before joining Vincent Partners as a Marketing Management Consultant. In 2009, they moved to General Mills Canada and held roles as Category Insights Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Customer Development Manager. In 2014, Kaisa joined Clif Bar & Company as a Senior Customer Manager, where they managed key accounts and a network of national brokers and distributors. Kaisa later became the National Account Manager for Loblaw and then Senior National Account Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Sales, Regional Grocery & Natural at Clif Bar & Company, leading a sales team and overseeing natural channel retailers and distributors. Kaisa's experience includes managing key accounts, growing distribution, and driving sales volume in the Canadian market.
From 1998 to 2022, Kaisa Burton attended McGill University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing.
