Dave is the Co-Founder of Cliff and Evans and brings his extensive background and expertise in project management to the team. In his role, Dave oversees all aspects of Cliff and Evans’ business strategy and growth, including the design and implementation of the team’s processes and financial management, as well as for the individual construction projects.
After attending Wilfred Laurier University and obtaining a degree in Economics, Dave completed a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Humber College, where he refined his proactive style of leadership that focuses on open and honest communication and meticulous organization. Through his education, Dave gained extensive knowledge in all areas of project management, including practical expertise in scope and quality control as well as cost and risk management.
Dave is a member of BILD (Building Infrastructure and Land Development) and currently sits on the Renomark Government Relations Committee. He is regularly asked to contribute to industry panels and publications, and most recently gave a talk on the “ABCs of Condo Renos” at the Toronto Home Show.
As an effective leader who excels at motivating teams to achieve their goals, Dave is always in pursuit of the most innovative strategies and technologies available to increase Cliff and Evans’ efficiency and capacity for excellence.
