Surbhi Sharma

Surbhi Sharma worked at Mahindra Finance as a Summer Intern in 2014, where Surbhi studied the effectiveness of employee engagement activities. Surbhi then moved on to Midland Credit Management from February 2016 to February 2023, starting as an HR Associate and eventually becoming the Deputy Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Currently, Surbhi is working at Clifford Chance since February 2023 as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Surbhi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from Amity University and a B.Com Hons degree from Delhi University.
