Brendan R. Carter

Brendan R. Carter is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in corporate human resources management. Since joining Cleveland-Cliffs in June 2007, Brendan has ascended through various roles, currently serving as Senior Director, Corporate Human Resources since November 2023. Previous positions include Director of Corporate & Shared Services Human Resources, Manager of Corporate Human Resources and HRIS, and roles focused on talent acquisition and human resources at AK Steel. Prior to Cleveland-Cliffs, Brendan worked as a Human Resources Generalist at NK Parts Industries, Inc., and gained initial experience as a Health and Safety Intern at Ashland. Brendan holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in Business Administration from Urbana University.
