Miriam Lara

Miriam Lara, MBA, currently serves as the Lead IT Data Analytics Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs since December 2020, focusing on competitive and strategic data analysis through the development of executive dashboards in PowerBI and predictive model projects. Previous roles include Internal Auditor Lead Specialist, where responsibilities included risk identification and the implementation of automation processes in collaboration with the IT Audit Director and senior leadership. Miriam has extensive experience in the audit and finance sectors, having worked as an Audit Specialist and Tax Projects Specialist at ArcelorMittal USA, where contributions included the redesign of tax processes and development of business solutions for operational improvement. Additionally, as the ASUG SAP HANA TDF National Coordinator, Miriam represented Brazilian companies in collaboration with SAP for product development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PUC Minas.
