Ron Spear

Ron Spear, PMP is an Engineering Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs, overseeing the inspection services and reporting for the Cliffs Corporate Infrastructure Program. Prior to this role, Ron worked at United States Steel Corporation in various positions including Maintenance Planning Manager, Structural Inspection and Repair Planner, Structural Inspector, and Maintenance Planner Ore Docks. Ron also has experience as a Machine Operator at MonoSol, a Kuraray Division. Ron holds an Associate of Science in Industrial Technology from Ivy Tech Community College and completed an apprenticeship in Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician at US Steel.
